PRICES AND TERMS OF VALIDITY
The prices of products sold on the www.icone-lingerie.com website are indicated by article and reference and include all taxes, but exclude delivery costs. At the time of order validation, the price to be paid by the customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price including VAT of the items making up the order, plus delivery charges. Telecommunication costs inherent in accessing the site remain the responsibility of the customer.
The period of validity of our product offers and prices is determined by the updating of the site when our collections or promotions are released, and remains applicable for as long as it remains accessible by us.
Products for sale on the www.icone-lingerie.com website are available while stocks last. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice of keeping the rest of the order or cancelling it in full. If the customer's credit card has been debited, the sum concerned will be reimbursed by crediting the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.
Sale prices are valid on a selection of items shown on the e-boutique, while stocks last.

Customers can pay for their purchases by credit card or PayPal account. In the case of payment by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard), BNP Paribas is the only party with access to the customer's bank details via its secure area. This information is not transmitted in any way to www.icone-lingerie.com.
Paypal allows you to pay online without disclosing your financial information during the transaction.
In accordance with the provisions of article L 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing his/her credit card number and the above-mentioned information, the customer authorizes GMT LINGERIE to debit his/her credit card for the total amount of his/her order (including delivery charges).
To this end, the customer confirms that he/she is the holder of the credit card to be debited and that the name appearing on the credit card to be debited is his/her own. Then, in a secure environment on the site of our payment partner BNP Paribas, they communicate the sixteen-digit number and expiry date shown on the front of their bank card, as well as, where applicable, the visual cryptogram numbers shown on the back of their bank card. In order to provide additional security for online payment by credit card, this payment will benefit from the 3D secure program.
The purpose of this program is to combat fraud by requiring Internet users wishing to make a payment on the Internet to identify themselves at the time of payment by credit card on the cyber-merchant's site.
During the transaction, the cardholder is directed to a page on his or her bank's website, where he or she enters data that can be verified by the bank.
This security is shown by the presence of the "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode" logos.
ATTENTION: For all refund requests, if your card is lost or expired, we will not issue a refund but a credit note on our online store www.icone-lingerie.fr.
Notwithstanding the specific conditions of guarantee given to the customer with the delivered article, the articles marketed on the www.icone-lingerie.com site are subjected to the conditions of guarantee envisaged by the law.
GMT LINGERIE may not be held liable :
- in the event of failure to meet contractual obligations due to an act of God or force majeure;
- in the event of insubstantial differences between the photos, texts and illustrations of the articles on our site and the articles ordered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The "Icone" trademark, illustrations, logos and slogans, drawings and models appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of GMT LINGERIE. Any reproduction in whole or in part, without the express prior consent of GMT LINGERIE, is strictly prohibited pursuant to Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and constitutes an infringement and an offence.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions of sale and the commercial relationship between GMT LINGERIE and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the commercial relationship between GMT LINGERIE and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
